1. Returns and Refunds:
We at DMInteract Inc. are committed to providing quality products. If you receive a defective item, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns for items deemed defective upon receipt. This includes manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or products not meeting the specified quality standards.
3. Timeframe for Returns:
Our customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to report and request a return for a defective product.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received the RMA number, securely pack the defective item, including all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of the packing slip and the RMA number in the package. Afterwards, you can deliver/ship the item to the address provided with the RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
5. Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned defective item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will include the purchase price and any applicable taxes, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for items confirmed as defective. If you wish to exchange a defective item, please contact our customer service to discuss the availability of the desired product. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
7. Exceptions:
Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return or exchange. For items purchased through a third-party retailer, please follow their return policy.
8. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover return shipping costs.
